10 Rules for Successful Deal-Making in China

About a year ago, I wrote an article about Prodygia titled “Prodygia – Entering China with the Experts.” The article was about a new platform for expert advice about doing business in China. The final conclusion at the time was they didn’t offer enough for users to create a community and become engaged with the platform.

My original opinion still holds, but they have recently started to create and release new infographics about China and, if you have been reading this site, you will know that I like infographics. So, now, here is an infographic about “10 Rules for Successful Deal Making in China.” This infographic is by author and Managing Director of China Sovled, Andrew Hupert, who wrote the book “The Fragile Bridge: Managing Chinese Business Conflict for Westerners“. The 10 rules for successful deal making in China are pretty straight forward, but a good reminder for anyone new to China.
